SAK is a set of workshops, questionaires and coaching sessions, run by the management team of an organization, and facilitated by a certified STELL*R consultant.The purpose of the whole program is to help the management team in reaching the right decisions and implementing the right changes across the organization, based on the STELL*R Leadership Model.SAK brings clarity and alignment on key subjects for the company: desired results, ideal behaviours, toxic behaviours, right structure, optimal procesess, real values, etc.
