SAK
SAK is a set of workshops, questionnaires and coaching sessions, run by the management team of an organization, and facilitated by a certified STELL*R consultant. SAK brings the following to organizations that engage in the program: strategic alignment, alignment of organizational culture with strategic objectives, identification of concrete action points for cultural change and increased leaders’ ability to manage the organizational culture.
