SICF is a set subjects and questions a professional coach may use for a great effectiveness of an individual coaching session. SICF may be used by managers as well, when they feel the need of a well structured, straight to the point, coaching intervention for their subordinates.
The coach uses the main idea of the STELL*R Leadership model: “our results are strongly influenced by our habits”. So, if we want to change something in our results, we need to clarify our intention, to choose the right models for us, to adapt our Life Layout and the systems that we regularly use, to introspect our deep beliefs and to improve our skills.
