SINK

SINK is a set of workshops, run by the management team of an organization, and facilitated by a certified STELL*R consultant.The purpose of the whole program is to help the management team to clarify “the intention” of the company for medium / long term. SINK brings clarity and alignment on key subjects: Vision, Mission, Strategic directions, Key Objectives, desired behaviours, toxic behaviours, ideal culture.

METHODOLOGY

SINK is a series of facilitated workshops. Every module has its own methodology with a key common thread: all the members of the team reach consensus after repeated inputs and debates.
