Team coaching is a modern and a popular type of intervention. With the help of a coach, a team addresses a series of questions. The purpose of this intervention could be to find a solution to a difficult problem, or to get alignment on a tough issue, or to get to know each other for an improved team effectiveness. STELL*R Leadership Model provides a simple and clear list of questions a team should address in order to reach a deep and common understanding about the desired results of the team and the habits which are influencing those results.
The deliverables of this kind of interventions will be agreed on a client-needs basis, and vary from one project to another.
